These single-origin coffees, whose exceptional quality is defined by the bean, are carefully selected and prepared before being perfected by the Dallmayr roasting process, so that each coffee rarity is able to develop its distinctive aroma to the full. The subtle shades of flavour in these varieties range from slightly nutty to well-developed citrus notes.

Preparation
Dallmayr coffee rarities as whole beans are perfect for the preparation of a traditional long coffee in a fully automatic machine (without a crema layer).
To achieve the optimal results for your taste, you can try adjusting the various settings on your equipment. (The coffee is not always to blame if you do not like the way it tastes.) For guidance, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions and then experiment with the different options for grinding level, temperature, coffee strength and water volume. You will soon develop a feeling for how you like to drink your coffee.
