The trademark characteristic of all three varieties is the velvety smooth crema layer. A taste experience for every occasion, whatever the time of day. Pure or crowned with frothed milk. For example, a café crème in the morning, an espresso after lunch, and a cappuccino in the evening.

Preparation
Dallmayr Crema d’Oro and Espresso d’Oro as whole beans are perfect for preparation in a fully automatic machine. Each cup is automatically crowned with a fine crema layer.
To achieve the optimal results for your taste, you can try adjusting the various settings on your equipment. (The coffee is not always to blame if you do not like the way it tastes.) For guidance, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions and then experiment with the different options for grinding level, temperature, coffee strength and water volume. You will soon develop a feeling for how you like to drink your coffee.
