It’s great to
know that such good
quality still exists
Popular for generations, Dallmayr prodomo is a top-quality blend of the finest highland arabica beans. These varieties, which stand out for their special aroma, originate from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee.
Dallmayr prodomo has a full caffeine content, but is specially refined to free it from various irritants and bitterness. The full aroma roasting process that follows gives it an unmistakeably distinctive flavour. A supreme pleasure for all coffee lovers – including those with sensitive tastebuds. Dallmayr prodomo has a rounded, full-bodied flavour, a delicate aroma and low acidity.

Preparation
Dallmayr prodomo as whole beans is perfect for the preparation of a traditional long coffee in a fully automatic machine (without a layer of crema).
To achieve the optimal results for your taste, you can try adjusting the various settings on your equipment. (The coffee is not always to blame if you do not like the way it tastes.) For guidance, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions and then experiment with the different options for grinding level, temperature, coffee strength and water volume. You will soon develop a feeling for how you like to drink your coffee.
If you would like to enjoy coffee specialities with a layer of crema, we recommend Dallmayr Espresso Monaco, Dallmayr Crema d’Oro or Espresso d’Oro, as well as our Yellow Bourbon and Java Terang espressos from the GRAND CRU CAFÉ premium range.
