Infusion bags are a fast, convenient alternative to loose leaf tea. Various grading processes are carried out during the production of high-quality leaf teas. The finer leaf grades, called fannings, are selected for infusion bags. These differ from leaf and broken teas solely in terms of leaf size, not in terms of quality.
