Mango and Passion Fruit

Preparation

Loose leaf tea

Pour fresh, boiling water over one slightly heaped teaspoon of tea for each cup.

Brewing time 5 minutes

Pyramid teabags

Use one pyramid bag for every 250–300 ml – ideal for a small teapot or the Dallmayr glass teacup. Add fresh, boiling water.

Brewing time 5 minutes

To prepare iced tea: Pour 500 ml of hot, strong tea over 500 ml of ice cubes, adding sugar or sweetener to taste.

Storage

Tea is a sensitive natural product. Loose leaf tea should therefore be kept in a cool, dry place away from strong-smelling items. Tea caddies with a good seal are ideal for storage and make a perfect small gift for tea lovers.
