This choice herbal blend from South Tyrol contains peppermint, lemon balm, cornflower, bergamot, iva, marigold, mallow and rose petals. A perfect daytime tea with a delicate, floral aroma – fresh, tangy and vibrant!

The sun of South Tyrol in your teacup

The fine Alpine herbs for the Dallmayr range of special herbal teas grow on the sun-kissed slopes of the Etschtal. Here they are carefully sorted by hand before being gently dried and mixed. The leaves and blossoms are combined to form a distinct blend in an elaborate process. In this way, the flavour, ingredients and aroma are not compromised. Herbal teas from South Tyrol stand out for their extraordinarily high quality, and it follows that the quantity available each season is very limited. Our tea expert Rudolf Krapf has composed five blends of these fine Alpine herbs, which range in their effect from invigorating to calming.

Preparation

Pour fresh, boiling water over one heaped tablespoon of tea for each cup.

Brewing time 5–8 minutes

Our tip: The wonderful aroma of these herbal teas can develop even more fully when enjoyed from fine porcelain cups.

Storage

Tea is a sensitive natural product. It should therefore be kept in a cool, dry place away from strong-smelling items. Tea caddies with a good seal are ideal for storage and make a perfect small gift for tea lovers.
